The build will probably fail, because the cdt-lsp target definitions points to CDT 11.2. We need a snapshot here. |

Note that 3rd party dependencies still need synchronizing with CDT, this commit contains only the Eclipse published dependency changes. This is needed to fufill eclipse-cdt#162 (comment)
