Describe cntlm setup

Why

Some corporate users are behind a firewall and have to setup internet access through http proxy.

as far as I understand the step is Mac specific, therefore the move under Additional Network Setup for Mac

as far as I understand the step is Mac specific, therefore the move under Additional Network Setup for Mac

instead of moving I updated the description so it works for both Linux and Mac
