   • Leverage Eclipse's new chat service (https://chat.eclipse.org/)
   • What is the benefit of the new chat service? Or is it just another communication channel?
   • The new chat service is live since a few days and the successor of mattermost. It seems to be like Slack.
   • Maybe as a direct communication channel.
   • Main difference between Gitter and EF CHat Service
     • Gitter: onboarding via GitHub handle
     • EF Chat Service: onboarding via Eclipse Account
   • Matrix protocol: interchangeable with other clients who uses matrix protocol should be possible
   • Common understanding: one channel/room for Velocitas -> Andy -> done -> https://chat.eclipse.org/#/room/#velocitas:matrix.eclipse.org
