What does this PR do?
Add a note about the lack of support for advanced features such as Dead Letter Queues.
Current 8.16 documentation does not make this explicit.
Why is it important/What is the impact to the user?
By not making this explicit, users waste time implementing this feature just to find it is not suitable to their use-case.
