feat: update postcss and related dependencies

Description:

1. Update postcss to v8 and its related dependencies
2. Remove babel-plugin-react-css-modules as it is no longer maintained.
3. babel-plugin-react-css-modules Transforms styleName to className using compile time CSS module resolution. So we will stick to className which is recommended one instead styleName
