The Plague Full Release

This is the first full-featured release of the application GreenMesa. The application is meant for use by its developers in deployment on the chat-based social platform Discord.

Leading up to now there have been no releases and bits of code pushed gradually into the GreenMesa repository. Though this release does not have totally completed features or all of the features that have been put on the to-do list, it was decided that it was time enough for the first release with cleaner code, and a decently functioning application.

Everything in this release should be considered tested, however, this does not guarantee absolutely no issues will occur that haven't been anticipated. But there shouldn't be any. It would be great if any issues or desire of features be reported in the issues section.
