| 0d. | Rationale behind changing the milestones | After deployment of the fund on EOS we decided that we need to further improve CETF before deploying it to WAX (previously Milestone 3) and TELOS (previously Milestone 4). Improvements need to be made in areas of on-boarding, UX (simplification of the UI), tokenomics and governance. Such improvements would enable us to abstract away the blockchain so that we could focus on much wider target group - investors outside of the EOS eco-system. Our plan is to raise seed round, potentially from EOS Labs. 5k that is yet to be received from this grant would serve as a kick-off and enable us to start with the changes in the contracts and design of the new UI. New Milestone 3 will consist of three deliverables.|
| 1. | Addition of Performance fee (smart contracts)| Currently the fund on EOS has only management fee. It is a very small percentage charged when user initially invests. Low fee is attractive for the investors but resuls in very low profits for the protocol. Performance fee is crucial because it will ensure high profit margin for the CETF protocol. Potential profits will incentivize developers and external investors to contribute to the protocol.|
| 2. | Complete refactoring of the smart contracts (+audit with chatGPT) |
| 3. | New UI/UX design in Figma |

## Future Plans

Roadmap

### Milestone 4 — Phase 2 deployment to Telos mainnet
1. Seed round.
2. Fractal/DAO launch.
3. Upgrade to CETF 2.0 (complete refactoring of smart contracts, new UI/UX progressive web-app, performance fee integration, referral system, on-boarding system for investors outside EOS eco-system).
4. Smart contract audit.
5. Milestone 1 - Campaign to reach 1m USD in AUM in one fund.
6. Series A.
7. Platform for custom fund creation.
8. Milestone 2 - Campaign to reach 50m USD in AUM across all funds.

- Our estimation is that 95% of tokens in our fund will be ETH, Ethereum based tokens and BTC. Hence our bet is on EOS network having reliable bridge. Initial lack of liquidity would not be even a problem, as the demand for our fund could provide incentives to bring more liquidity to EOS.

## Future Plans

- Firstly, the idea would be to grow the three funds on EOS / WAX / TELOS. Solidify and perfect our method of asset management. According to our calculations that takes into account the market capitalizations of other chains that have asset management protocols (and metrics of their DEX-es), we have estimated that at current time there is potential to hold from 700k - 2.1m USD in ETFs on EOSIO (details in our pitch deck).

- Secondly, once we've grown a bit our AUM, idea is to raise proper seed round, potentially through Helios. Use the funds to develop the Phase 3, described in the Project's Details. In essence, Phase 3 enables anyone to easily create and manage ETFs and make them accessible for investors.

## Additional Information

**How did you hear about the Grants Program?** Zack's tweet.

- We are also in communication with Helios and Telos Foundation to raise some funds.
