Facilities type doesn't match API responses

The Facility type is unconventional or differs from the API spec in the following ways:

• URL field is not Href (as the json field is named href)
• Address type contains ID (mapped to id json), but only href is returned in facility address (and the value is #... where ... is a uuid)
• Metro is missing (Support for Metros #238)
• IPRanges is reported by the API but missing in packngo ("ip_ranges": [])
