Thanks to your comment in #770 I found some tests for the queries, which inspired a test for the query for unanswered risks (euphorie/osha.oira#290). I then ported that to Euphorie.
I did verify that it fails without the fix in #770.
This of course still needs some cleanup - maybe porting all related tests to Euphorie and removing the respective code from osha.oira (if it indeed turns out to be unused).
