Andy's KiCad Files

This repo hosts my former separate repos for footprints and symbols, plus also now some 3 D models I made. Feel free to use them wherever you like :)

(Suggested) Usage in KiCad

As some of my footprints also reference my own 3D models using an environment variable, the easiest way is to also create that env var, so you don't need to edit the path in each footprint ;)

1. Checkout the repository wherever you like and copy the full path to it
2. Open KiCad and go to Preferences -> Configure Paths
3. Create a new environment variable called ANDYS_KICAD_FILES and let it point to the path you just copied
