Description
This addresses fhdsl/metricminer#81
Basically we want to accumulate the github time course data, not overwrite it. While this was working in googlesheets it wasn't working with local/github stored TSV files.
So this should make it so we add on new data for Github metrics to the same file as it is being collected.
