This PR attends to deeper feedback from the hackathon and begins to prep the docs for a slightly wider release than last week.
It adds a "What is SUAVE" page.
Next on the agenda is to change the "What to Build" page, categorise it more clearly, and perhaps add some further ideas there.
Then we can work on further PRs that add more complex examples + a new page explaining Forge, what it does and does not do in the context of SUAVE.
