Now that coreos/openssh-keys#68 was merged, we should simply use upstream openssh-keys 0.6.2, instead of a custom branch.

Update openssh-keys to 0.6.2 to avoid relying on a custom branch.
Also remove custom patch from the ebuild.

Pulls in flatcar/update-ssh-keys#14.
