Thank you for created JIRA tasks and current pull request.
Could you please update CHANGELOG.md (https://github.com/folio-org/ui-requests/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md)?
You need add something like this in the end of IN PROGRESS:
- Consistency update permission after change them in mod-circulation. Refs UIREQ-1194.
