Description

Fixes #3323

Adds a condition for an icon font
Allows this condition to be set from the config file (fixes [config file] Add an "is_icon_font=True/False" project setting #3325)
Skips the glyph_coverage check for icon fonts (fixes check/glyph_coverage must be skipped for icon fonts #3327)

And add a new is_icon_font condition (issues #3323 and #3327)
