Github Issues and Pivotal Tracker

Github Issues is a "catch all" for bugs, questions, and feature requests from users. Pivotal Tracker is for what Freenet's paid developers are working on - so it includes time tracking, forecasting, etc.

Adding a "planned" label to a Github Issue will trigger a Github Action that will copy the issue to Pivotal Tracker as a story, however stories can also be created in PT directly without a corresponding Github Issue.
