v1 Release Candidate 1 - Lots of stuff!

This update brings a lot of stuff. Here's a list:

#7 full macOS support (app icon, custom DMG background, removed cache clearing error)
#5 electron v8.1.1 (we were previously using 6.1.2!)
AppVeyor builds now actually work

This is a release candidate, so if we find bugs we will fix them and then probably release v1.
