While testing https://github.com/lukaskleinschmidt/kirby-types I ran into issues with aliases. However the error deviated from the Kirby core aliases. I debugged this and found wrong aliases in
config/aliases.php.The namespace is
Kirby\Option\...rather thanKirby\Options\....
