Major update on Langfun's Action framework.

1) Introduces hierarchical `ExecutionTrace` for tracking sub-actions, queries and logs invoked during an action execution.

2) `lf.agentic.Action` now could output `result_metadata` along with `result`, which will be displayed and stored.

3) Major HTML UI revision with dynamic update.
