This allows the destination path of a chart to contain subpaths, creating them if they don't exist.

The prune block now walks the charts directory, and is aware of all directories that are part of a chart's path. To prevent walking the contents of a chart, if a Chart.yaml file is found in an expected directory, the directory is skipped.
