Project: ARTSY GHOST: A JavaScript based Android App based on https://github.com/gjtorikian/Earthbound-Battle-Backgrounds-JS

i. There really isn't any problem area that my personal project seeks to fix, it's a personal thing that would really only benefit me and maybe a small subset of people.

ii. While wallpaper apps such as Wallpaper Engine exist already, my main goal with the app is to be able to recreate the old app from 2010 with the new JavaScript features. It also has/will have features that Wallpaper Engine lacks, such as random background switching as well as all of the backgrounds of the JavaScript web app.

iii. While I'm new to JavaScript, I've been told that React Native is simple to pick up and would make adapting this web app to a native mobile app way easier.

iv. My personal goal is to be able to perfectly replicate the old 2010 app with all of the new features that was added in the JavaScript version in 2016 with some added features.
