This .config file is for [Buildroot] (http://buildroot.uclibc.org) to compile ffmpeg on embedded system. Why Buildroot? It's much faster and more reliable than [ct-ng] (http://crosstool-ng.org/).
I wanted to compile it in a static way for Seagate Wireless Plus. It's a pretty neat hardware with ARMv7, cortex-8 and vfpv3 FPU. Generated ffmpeg is pretty big, but that small system is ok with that.

For the future reference: compatible optware is available here: http://ipkg.nslu2-linux.org/feeds/optware/cs05q3armel/cross/stable/ . that's where you can download and install ipkg tool too.
As a bonus, in cg-ng folder there is a working config for crosstool-ng. Compile source with --static or symlink: ln -s n -s /lib/ld-linux.so.3 /lib/ld-linux-armhf.so.3
