Pydantic v2 seems pretty stable and has a well defined migration path from v1. I also noticed some new warnings in Python 3.13 that certain features which Pydantic v1 uses are going to stop working in Python 3.15, so I figured it was best to just take care of the migration as part of the 3.0 release.
