No changes in any analysis procedures have been introduced. Thus, data analyzed with this version are fully compatible to data analyzed with the previous version.

1. Customizing file path for saving the summary file
The extended settings dialog now contains an additional section:
In this section, the user may customize the path at which the summary txt-file will be stored after processing all images. In previous versions the summary was always set to the "Desktop" path. Still by default, the file path here is set to the Desktop path. Now, the user can customize the path here if needed.
2. Warning if the summary file path is not correct
SpermQ will alert you if it cannot find the summary file path and ask you to correct the indicated path.
When you press OK in this dialog, it will pop up again in case you still have not provide a correct file path.
3. Catching exceptions when saving txt files
SpermQ now detects if a writing exception occurs while writing output text files and warn the user if that occurs.
4. Indicating the exact path where the summary was stored
After processing all images, SpermQ now provides the exact file path where the summary was stored, so that the file can be easily retrieved:
