hmcts/civil-service#5886 shows that it passes when camunda and ccd are pointed to. This pr is failing becausee of this error: Case data validation failed: The following list of fields are in an invalid state: [joMarkedPaidInFullIssueDate, joCoscRpaStatus]

After ccd is merged, it would pass.
