This work adds a known good list of traveller titles that can be used in the various booking calls.
There are a few automatic changes by jekyll such as the uuid's generated for headings, these can be ignored.
Ignore any changes in the doc directory, as these are the autogenerated assets
Tech Debt
I've also tidied up the main page by moved the release notes to its own page and just linking to the payment section as the specific links that were there were broken.
There were a few pages using the incorrect heading style which i've fixed.
The URL on the 404 page was also missing so now has been added.
