Many changes and fixes -- initial implementation

This is a combination effort with HPlato:

• added subtypes to pick up pieces of more complex HA objects
• added queuing of messages to HA on a single MH item, as messages that are sent in rapid fire before waiting for the response can get lost
• added ability to carry the setby value through the message queue
• added subitems as a way to collect many entities into a single MH item -- allows sync of messages across multiple HA entities usually to the same HA device
• added voice commands to dump out various properties of HA_Items
• added item labels
