I noticed that the ad-hoc shell command, as it stands, pulls down the development version of Holochain. This shouldn't happen, so I'm pegging the command to the recommended version -- with a list of available refs.
The example command used to pull down a specific branch was also wrong since the new Holonix, so I fixed that too.
