功能描述：只对股票生效，右键选择盯盘提醒功能，设置盯盘低价及盯盘高价（整数或三位以内小数），点击确定。当现价达到盯盘设定时，右下角弹出提示，并将对应盯盘价清空。
关键代码描述：
1、移动所有界面文件至form包下
2、StockRefreshHandler的updateData新增盯盘提醒消息发送逻辑
