Getting ModuleNotFound error message on a fresh Ubuntu Server 22.10 install, the Docker container also fails to start as well.

Several packages are provided with conda
defaultchannel. A few users (including me in Codespaces) experienced the environment creation failing withconda-forgechannel. This could have been temporary, but no error messages where provided, just aTerminatedwhen conda tried to create the environment
