Fixes #48

Both PyPI and test PyPI has been configured as follows:

Publisher information:

Publisher name: GitHub
Workflow: pypi-publish.yml
Owner: ietf-tools
Repository: svgcheck
Environment: release

Release GitHub environment has two protection rules:

  • Workflow can only be run by members of ietf-tools/dev.
  • Branch limited to main.
