SPI: Fix #130

It turns out that I did a bunch of incredibly stupid things in the summer of 2018. Excessive HID read requests were issued at 10ms interval, which filled up the pool in a few days. In addition, the kernel thread event synchronization was also terribly implemented.

I SAWED EXCESSIVE REQUESTS IN HALF!
...THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO LEAK!
