I get an error on rococo when I try this branch: guess we need to check the validator logs, but that's easier locally |

As the quote is in base64 encoded format, it should be decoded before the prepended bytes are cut off.
Needs:
- [ ] integritee-network/pallets#181EDIT: Marblerun 1.2.0 supports the newer V3 TCB Info format, so no compatibility wrapper needed.
