This PR:

  • Adds a migration to create the Company.show_on_icsf_website flag.
  • Serialises the new flag to the Public and Admin domains.
  • Allows the Admin controller to edit show_on_icsf_website attribues.
  • Allows the Public controller to filter by this new flag.
  • Adds a Rake task for populating the database with ICSF suppliers.
