Migrations, models and controllers for CSR and SSR

This PR:

• Adds the migrations, models, controllers and serializers for CSR, SSR, Visit and PageView records.
• Adds a naive first pass of a rake task which interprets CSR and SSR to create Visits.
• Reduces the noise in development by logging only :INFO and up, not :DEBUG.
