Dev Workshop 2017 alpha release

Alpha release, some known issues but no egregious bugs. Suitable for testing with any mine greater than 1.7.1.

There may be additional bugfix point releases over the next few weeks but no new features will be added.

Important note:
RedGenes is suitable for use with any InterMine that uses InterMine version 1.7.1 or greater https://github.com/intermine/intermine/releases/tag/intermine-1.7.1 - InterMines using 1.7 or earlier do not contain a critical bugfix intermine/intermine#1482 that prevents certain queries from breaking lists.
