Duplicate release

This release is just so that Zenodo (hopefully) archives the code and mints a DOI.

Readable draft

This is the first release of the risk repository, containing a readable (though still work-in-progress) version of our report. The main reason for drafting this release is to create a DOI.

This point also marks a transition in our project toward comparative analysis of a number of newspapers---a project that will take shape in the coming months.
