- we are now storing the global css file in the instance as the adapter folder is erased on every upload
- closes Widget Anzeigefehler #318

von >= 2.9.30 auf eine andere Version >= 2.9.30 sollte nix mehr verschwinden, wenn du jetzt erstmals von drunter geupdated hast ist das zu erwarten |

ah okay. dann beobachte ich das. hab von 29 auf 31 geupdatet und da war es erstmal weg. |

von 31 auf 32 angehoben und es bleibt gespeichert. |
