The intermediate MiniZinc files created with the
--debugflag are currently named likefilename_0.mzn,filename_0_1.mzn,filename_0_1_2.mznand so on. This PR changes the behavior tofilename_0.mzn,filename_1.mzn,filename_2.mznand so on, which at least I find more intuitive.
