Remove no-more-needed broken controller after_save hook.
Remove controller issue.save workarounds, as the reload issue should not be relevant a few of years.
Fix Broken issue copy functionality #228.
Add test for creating new issue with tags.
Add test for copying issues.
All plugins tests are passing.
When PR Fix IssuesPdfHelperPatch #227 is applied too, all core Redmine tests are passing.
