Commands

Command	Description
init	Creates a json config file for the tracker if one does not already exist
run	Runs the tracker
add <coin_id> <position>	Adds a coin to the tracker with an optional position
update <coin_id> <position>	Updates the position of a coin
remove <coin_id>	Removes a coin from the tracker
list	Lists all the coins in the config file
