@jelovirt Do the changes here include part/chapter styling for #70?

I don't see any updates to the repo wiki that correspond to the changes here, but the commit messages suggest there may be new keys that can be used to style bookmap elements.

Since we pull the wiki content into the DITA-OT docs, would be good to add that info to the wiki so we can re-use it as usual.
