in issue #481 elpy is mentioned. It isn't actively maintained, and I don't use it, so I removed the default here.
in issue #481 something about elpy was noted. I don't think it should be causing issues, but, since I don't use it now, I am taking these functions out. This commit adds some dependencies on move-text.

I am pretty sure this works now. It is slow on the M2 Mac, but works well on my desktop mac.
this loads org-db which might not be desired.
forge (https://magit.vc/manual/forge/index.html#SEC_Contents) seems to have taken its place. there is manual setup though, so I don't put it in scimax now.
…cific and moved it to scimax-python. I took out some advice functions that don't seem to be necessary any more.
