Basically, what happens is that when I was installing dependencies then I saw that pip is going to install of versions of like pydeck, packaging etc. You can see I've attached a screen shot too for the issue.

So I added all the relevant dependencies and their versions too.

And also I've upgraded my pip too for checking. So that's the issue !
