with this dockerfile and hooks, we can set autonomous build for docker image.

I want to set autonomous build for jsk_visualization docker image with this commit.
The docker image is useful to try the package build and test.

I want this dockerfiles to be merged and set build trigger in dockerhub for each commit.
This build trigger may be useful for debugging the repository.
