Complete CSS Reset is adapted from http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/css/reset/ 

Unique Featues of Complete CSS Reset:
* Includes all structural HTML 5 tags.
* Includes form tags
* Adds resets for background, outline, text-decoration and z-index.
* Actually resets styles. Does not assume how you want your tags styled.
* Hides deprecated tags from HTML 4.01 to help get you out of the habit
  of using these tags.
