This PR adds the option to get autosuggestions based on the AutoSuggestFromHistory class from
prompt_toolkitas is also done inIPythonhere.The
NavigableAutoSuggestFromHistorydoes not seem to work as well with thejupyter_consoleshell as with theIPythonshell (slight delay when navigating through the history which I could not identify), so I have excluded it from this PR.
