Basic functionality seems to be working, with the plugin manager widget added to the left area and available on all notebook pages, since each notebook page has a different set of plugins: notebook-pluginmanager.webm |

With the current state, this would make the plugin manager widget a bit hidden and difficult to find. But maybe that's fine for now, since this can be considered a more advanced feature that would likely not be used by many Notebook users. |

Getting this one so the functionality is available and can be iterated on in follow-up PRs. |
