Massively improved the default colors for colorized hostnames

These were chosen by taking the color with the highest contrast from
- background with sqrt-inverse of saturation and luminance
- background with sqrt-inverse of luminance
- background with inverse of saturation and luminance
- the color 250 - #bcbcbc

and then finding, via brute force, in Lab colorspace the xterm-256color
with the smallest vector distance
