Release of Dockerfile version 1.4.0.

This Dockerfile is compatible with GraphDB >=10. However, it is a breaking release and it cannot be used with the previous versions (<10).

Changelog:

  • Adaption to the new distribution layout of GraphDB
  • CLI tool preload has been replaced with importrdf load
  • Port 7300 is now also exposed for new gRPC interface
